Clearcreek Twp. man barred from Internet after rape charges
CLEARCREEK TWP., Warren County - A 64-year-old Warren County man remained in the county jail Tuesday, a week after he was arrested on rape and gross sexual imposition charges involving two girls under 13 years old, according to court and jail records.
