Ky. fireworks law comes with safety guidelines
FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) ? The backyard fireworks in Kentucky may be a little taller and brighter this July Fourth with a new law in effect that allows people to buy and use fireworks that shoot into the air, but officials say safety and supervision should be top priorities.
