65 West, a 129-unit apartment community in Clifton Heights on the former site of the Friar?s Club, is scheduled to host a ribbon cutting Thursday morning at the more than $16.5 million development.
Cincinnati Mayor Mark Mallory, City Manager Milton Dohoney Jr., Cincinnati City Council members and officials from Uptown Rental Properties, North American Properties, the University of Cincinnati and the CUF Neighborhood Association will be on hand to take a tour of the building.
