Kevin Hughes knew it wouldn?t be easy to volunteer full-time at Cornerstone Corp. for Shared Equity in Over-the-Rhine. The affordable housing nonprofit is located on Green Street in what can be a tough part of the historic neighborhood. Even so, he left his high-power job at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in August 2009 to devote his time to Cornerstone, where he?d been serving as a board member.
