Michael Rubin will leave his post as Fifth Third Bancorp?s social media strategist Aug. 19 after 15 months in that role. Rubin, who managed Fifth Third?s social media program, is moving to Chicago and will be senior manager of social media for video rental provider Redbox Automated Retail. Redbox, a unit of publicly traded Coinstar Inc. (Nasdaq: CSTR), is based in the Chicago area. He fittingly announced the news on his LinkedIn social network account.
