In a ceremony that?s beginning to feel like business as usual, Cincinnati Mayor Mark Mallory cut the ribbon for a new condominium development in historic Over-the-Rhine. The four-unit project at 1401 Race St. marks the second phase of City Home, a three-part residential development near Washington Park. The project was built in a partnership between Over-the-Rhine Community Housing, EBER Development and Cincinnati Center City Development Corp., or 3CDC.
